Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the research and development, and trial-manufacture of new diesel engines and relevant components and parts;
2. Conduct professional analyses by considering market feedback and quality information feedback and make design improvements for performance optimization and enhanced reliability of the complete machine through relevant software
3. Responsible for the supporting development of customer’s customized product;
4. Responsible for rationality assessment and feasible implementation of external change suggestions.
Job requirements:

*Educational level	Bachelor degree	Years of working	5 years
*Professional background	Internal combustion engine related
*Training experience	Industry training about internal combustion engine and relevant parts and components
*Target industry/post	Internal Combustion Engine/Product Design Engineer
*Certification Requirements	Intermediate Engineer or above
*Technical requirements	Familiar with reliability design of engine and its parts and components, emission regulations and requirements and application of emission routes as well as CAD/ProE software application
