Our Company mainly undertakes rough finish and semi-finishing processing task of such parts as Weichai WP12/13 diesel engine cylinder body and crank case. Our company has two rough finish and semi-finishing processing production lines separately for WP12/13 cylinder body and crank case mainly equipped with 6 sets of MAKINO A92 horizontal machining center, 8 sets of Mori SEIKI vertical and horizontal machining center and more than 40 sets of Taiwan Hartford vertical machining center; adopts various advanced devices, such as, Renishaw online monitoring, Hexagon trilinear coordinates device. And the Company shall conduct quality control in strict accordance with TS16949 quality management system. The company yearly produces 100,000 sets of various models of engine block and crank case.
         In 2017, the Company invested RMB 300 million and newly set two fully automatic production lines for Weichai WP9H/10H cylinder body and cylinder cover with annual output of 80,000 sets of various engine block and cylinder cover for WP9H/10H diesel engine in this year.
