Warranty Clause

Power HF has been pursuing providing fast, efficient and excellent service to our customers as our highest priority for many years. At present, more than 270 professional service stations have been set up which can provide 24-hour service and technical support a day to ensure the lowest maintenance cost and the shortest breakdown time.
Basic measures of warranty：The original invoice or other effective document should be provided to service unit when the product needs to repair. If not, other proof which showsthe product is within the warranty periodalso can be provided to get the warranty.
Note: before using our product please have a detailed reading of operation manual to know the properties and usage mode of the product to avoid the loss caused by improper maintenance.

Principle of Warranty Services of Repair, Replacement and Return
Power HF agrees to provide warranty services of repair, replacement and return within the respective warranty durations for Power HF products or main machines matched with Power HF products if the product is found to be defective in raw material, processing and manufacturing, assembling and performance on the condition that normal operation and maintenance and repair in the product manual are complied with.
Duration of Warranty Services of Repair, Replacement and Return 1. For the durations for the complete machine and its components and parts, see the annexed table
For all products manufactured by Power HF, the duration of warranty services and the guarantee period start on invoice date on which the end-user purchases the concerned Power HF product;	For products matched for the main engine, the duration of warranty services and the guarantee period start on the invoice date on which the main engine is sold;
Where no receipt indicating the purchase of diesel engine can be provided, the duration of warranty services and the guarantee period shall on uniformly recognized date after considering the Date of Production on the diesel engine’s label, the Insurance Date and the Sales Document.
Situations Excluded from the Warranty Services: 1. Faults including premature wear due to inappropriate use, repair and maintenance, such as inappropriate handling during the transport by the customer after the purchase of the machine, use in conditions beyond the specified service conditions in the manual of the product, use at overspeed and overload, failure to run in, overhaul, regulate, fasten the product as specified in the manual, mismatching, and not using fuel, antifreezing solutions and the like as required. 2. Faults due to refitting, adjustment and disassembling parts and components that are not allowed in the product manual without the approval of the Manufacturer. 3. Quick-wear parts and machine oil, antifreezing solution and filter elements replaced during normal use and maintenance; 4. Product whose model on the Warranty Services of Repair, Replacement and Return or the receipt is not consistent with that of the product needing such services or is altered; 5. Failure to maintain the major or mega fault but handling it voluntarily; 6. Faults due to misoperation.
Duration of Warranty Services for Diesel Engine 1.For construction machines (i.e. loaders, excavators and other types of mobile or stationary construction machines), the duration of warranty services is 3 to 6 months, or 750 to 1500 hours and expires when either is satisfied; 2. For matched forklifts, stationary power, marine engines, generators and the like, the duration of warranty services for diesel engine is 6 months; 3. For matched generating set (standby), the duration of warranty services for diesel engine is 12 months; 4.For matched agricultural machines (i.e. tractors, harvesters and other farm machines), the duration of warranty services for diesel engine is 12 months; 5.Where the duration of warranty services for diesel engine is otherwise required by the main machine, the duration shall be executed as agreed.
