In August 2025, Power HF officially signed an agreement with Shanghai Jipian Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. in Jiuting Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai, to establish a joint AI + Industrial Internet Application R&D Center Project. Attendees included Jia Shunjun, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Jiuting Town, Mr. Xu Huadong, Chairman of Power HF, Mr. Mao Wenjie, President of Jipian Technology, along with representatives from 14 other enterprises.
 
At the signing ceremony, Jia Shunjun first expressed his sincere gratitude to the signing enterprises for their empowering support to Jiuting and extended his best wishes for the smooth progress of the project, hoping it will fully play its role in industrial support and contribute to greater regional development achievements. He then introduced in detail the development profile and advantages of Jiuting Town, emphasizing that the government will continue to strengthen its support for enterprises, provide high-quality services to safeguard their growth, and warmly welcome more outstanding companies to choose Jiuting, take root in Jiuting, and jointly promote the optimization and upgrading of the regional industrial ecosystem.
