Recently, Power HF and FanQing (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “FanQing Technology”) held the “SOFC Industry Application Seminar and Investment Cooperation Agreement Signing Ceremony” in Shanghai. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on the development trends, application scenarios, and industrialization pathways of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) technology.
At the event, the two companies signed an investment cooperation agreement, marking the formal launch of their strategic collaboration in the SOFC field. FanQing Technology is a domestic high-tech startup specializing in the R&D and industrialization of SOFCs. The company possesses a complete technology system covering core materials, cells, stacks, and system integration, with independent intellectual property rights and the capability for continuous iteration and engineering implementation.
During the seminar, both parties systematically explored the applications of SOFC in distributed energy, backup and primary power for data centers, industrial energy systems, and overseas markets. Attendees unanimously agreed that, under the dual-carbon goals and global energy transition, SOFCs—characterized by high efficiency, low emissions, and strong fuel adaptability—have broad commercial prospects.
Power HF will deepen its collaboration with FanQing Technology, continue to increase resources in the SOFC field, and actively expand into overseas markets. Starting with SOFC cell R&D and manufacturing, the cooperation will gradually extend to stacks and system integration, jointly promoting the industrialization and application of SOFC technology.
Both parties stated that they will leverage this investment and SOFC industry collaboration to maximize their respective strengths in technology R&D, engineering manufacturing, and market applications, driving large-scale SOFC deployment across domestic and international scenarios and contributing to energy structure optimization and high-quality development of the new energy industry.
