The product is now ready for scaled production and market entry. Next steps include improving environmental compatibility and equipment compatibility, accelerating iteration, and exploring commercialization pathways to speed up market validation.
Immersion cooling fluids for data centers: Targeting the urgent cooling needs driven by the explosive growth of AI computing power, the team has formulated a clear fluorine-free coolant development plan. A three-stage roadmap – formulation screening, performance testing, and dedicated test platform construction – provides a solid technical path to solving high-efficiency cooling challenges in data centers.
The meeting reached broad consensus on technology optimization, cost control, commercialization models, and strategic planning. It further strengthened the industry-academia partnership between Huafeng and Xiamen University and clarified priorities for the Joint R&D Center in the coming year.
Going forward, Power HF will deepen its strategic collaboration with Xiamen University, leveraging the Joint R&D Center to drive innovation and application of new materials, processes, and equipment.
