I. Project for tender
1. Project name: The dining hall decoration project of Power HF Co., Ltd.
2. Project number: HFGC2016-0000801
3. Construction items: Floor laying, corridor decoration, suspended ceiling, water-leakage prevention, outer wall treatment and other items of the dining hall private rooms. For the details of the project, please refer to the bill of quantities in the bid document.
4. Construction location: Qingchi Plant Area of Power HF Co., Ltd. (7879, Yingqian Street, New and Hi-tech Development Zone)
II. Construction period: August 20 - September 20, 2016 (tentatively) (actual date of commencement is subject to the written notice of the tenderee)
III. Qualification for bidding
1. Any independent legal entity who has a qualification of Class 3 and above in building, decoration engineering contracting and owns a work safety license;
2. The bidder shall have no stake with the tenderee. Different units with the same person in charge or with a relation of holding and management to each other shall not participate in the bidding of the same bid section at the same time. Any affiliates (units) of the tenderee which have no independent legal status, any legal persons or its any affiliates (units) which have provided design and consultation service for the early-stage preparation or supervision of the project for tender shall not participate in the bidding of the same bid section at the same time;
IV. Application for the bidding
Between 9:00 of August 5, 2016 and 17:00 of August 10, 2016 (except legal holidays and festivals), a bidder shall take ① ID card of the corporate legal representative, or power of attorney authorized by the legal representative and ID card of the trustee, ② the enterprise's copy of business license and ③ the enterprise's copy of qualification certificate and copy of work safety license and their photocopies along with it to the Finance & Audit Department of Power HF Co., Ltd. for buying the tender document. Failure to submit the above documents within the time limit is not accepted. (RMB200 for each tender document, no refund after sale)
V. Submission of bidding document, deadline and place
Deadline: 9:00 of August 15, 2016
Place: Finance & Audit Department of Power HF Co., Ltd., failure to submit or failure to serve to the designated place will not be accepted by the tenderee.
